Symptoms that suggest parents seek for counselling
When you are too stressed out and feel that you could not cope with a situation. Then you often find yourself acting weirdly or having too many emotions to control.

Therefore, these are some of the symptoms identified and stated by experts so you may want to consider seeking for a counselling sessions:

1. Overwhelmed
You feel you have too much to do and do not know if you are able to complete them.
2. Tiredness especially emotionally and mentally.
It can be exhausting mentally when you are trying to keep your children occupied and focusing on your job at the same time. It is more stressed out when your job is more demanding.
3. Anxious thoughts or behaviour
Some of the symptoms of anxiety that you may want to consider are disrupted sleep patterns, sweating more than usual, heart palpitation and fearful thoughts of losing your job, coping with the workload, family’s well-being during the pandemic.
4. Uncontrolled emotions
It is normal for us to be emotional but if the emotions such as sadness, anger or hopelessness are more visible than usual, you may like to speak to a counsellor. You feel ‘alone’ going through the issues.
